The Kitchen is the Safest Room

This is the illustration for Chapter Four of my Deviant: the Renegades community content novella, "Thoughts and Prayers." I used a thin ink pen brush and a soft watercolor brush on this piece. At first, I tried cleaning up and recoloring the sketch layer to use that as the ink layer, but decided against that and ended up redoing the ink layer.
