I've taken several illustration and related art classes in university after the Higher Level International Baccalaureate Art program in high school. I was also my university's newspaper's Graphics Editor (despite not being an art major) because I impressed the editor-in-chief with my self-teaching and hobby art. In the several years since then, I've freelanced on and off and am now in a place to buckle down and try to make art a real career. Even more recently, I found my true love was illustrating, particularly for TTRPGs. I'm particularly drawn to pieces with dramatic lighting like gritty 90s comic books and horror chiaroscuro. I am extremely fascinated by medical journals and antique medical texts and love drawing and gathering inspiration from them.
